Rainbow Blades Fans Summit 2023/24
Tuesday 14th May, 6-9pm, Bramall Lane/International Bar

This will be the first ever Rainbow Blades Fans Summit. The summit is to close off the season with our AGM, Fans Forum & ‘In conversation with’ and look ahead to the 2024/25 season.

It's vitally important that at the end of a season members can vote on the direction we are taking, that we review the year and share our financial accounts. Members have the opportunity to ask questions important to them about EDI & LGBTQ+ inclusion to a panel and hear the stories from those close to Sheffield United & Rainbow Blades.

We want to ensure we are being transparent as a supporters’ group and that we are giving opportunities to our members to be informed and involved.

Access will be via John Street and the Summit will take place in the International Bar.

Any voting that takes place will be using your personal mobile devices.

Any documents will be provided prior to the Summit.

There is accessible access.

Refreshments will be available.

Once you have booked your spot you will receive an email with further detail and opportunities to get involved.

AGM
The AGM (Annual General Meeting) is a requirement of the Football Supporters Association of which we are affiliate members. An AGM is an opportunity to review the season with our members, present our accounts, share the vision for the future & for members to vote on the direction of the group.

Agenda

  1. Annual review

  2. Accounts

  3. Elections

  4. 2024/25 strategy

  5. Motions & votes

Fans Forum
Fan Forums happen so members can have constructive dialogue between Rainbow Blades and SUFC on topics including our group, LGBTQ+ inclusion and EDI.

This will help develop a better understanding of issues, our progress and what we have done, and what the future might look like.

They give the opportunity for members to ask the questions they want answers to around EDI, LGBTQ, campaigns, reporting, stadia, merchandise, media, etc.

In conversation with…

Club Historian, John Garrett, will lead a conversation with Rainbow Blades Ambassador, Tony Currie & Sheffield United Women’s Captain, Sophie Barker.
